Terms for using GenAI Content
Using the explorer or the API means you accept what follows. We kept it plain so a busy editor can read it in one sitting.
Our scores and link counts are information, not advice. They come from our own index, which refreshes about monthly, and they can be incomplete or out of date.
Your account and key
You sign in with a Google account. One account, one balance. Your API key acts as you, so anything done with it is your responsibility, whether or not you were the person who typed the request that day.
Keep the key out of public repositories and shared documents, and tell us through the account page if you believe it has leaked. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users. Fair warning.
Credit and payment
Calls are paid from prepaid credit. One credit is $0.0001, and each call is priced as shown on our cost and limits page, which lists every action together with its limits. No surprises.
New accounts receive a starter credit, and later top-ups are made in USDT (TRC-20) from the account page, where you can also see your balance and what each call has cost you so far. When credit runs out, paid calls return HTTP 402 until you add more. We do not offer subscriptions.
For a question about a particular payment, contact us through your account. Include the transfer details you have, so that we can match the payment to the right balance without a long exchange of messages. Easy.
Using the data fairly
Be sensible. Do not hammer the service or try to bypass limits, because that hurts every other user of the same index.
You may use results in your own editorial, research and product workflows, and you may not resell the raw feed as a competing data service or use it to harass anyone. Publishing a score from us as if it were a verdict about a site's honesty is your own decision and your own risk. Choose with care.
Your own content
Your drafts are yours. We never receive them. What you send is a domain, a parameter or a key, and what you get back is a JSON answer about public websites.
You remain responsible for the pages you publish, for any links you choose to add, and for following the rules of the search engines and platforms where you publish. We cannot do that part for you. Not possible.
What we do not promise
No guarantees. We do not promise rankings, traffic or any search outcome, and we do not promise that the service will always be available or free of errors. Plain enough.
Our responsibility is limited to the extent the law allows, and nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law that cannot be waived. We may update the terms when the service changes, and continued use after a change means you accept the new text. That is all.
Questions go through the account page, and we will answer there once you are signed in to your account, in the usual way. Short. See also our privacy notice, which explains what we hold and why in plain words, without detours or tricks of any kind that would need a lawyer to decode.
